Our products and services are governed by MacarOn Cafe’s Privacy Policy below.
All products that are defined as ‘Delivery in Manhattan’ is subject to a flat delivery fee. Please check the website for pricing. All products that are defined as ‘Pick up’ is available at our retail stores in New York City. All products that are defined as ‘Delivery Nationwide’ is available only with UPS/FedEx 2nd Day Air. Please see our Shipping Policy below.

Shipping Policy
Macaron Café’s products are made and shipped fresh. Our published recipes are made to deliver the highest in French culinary standards and we want to get them to you in the same manner. We therefore only offer UPS/FedEx 2nd Day Air as our delivery method; this ensures the freshest quality possible by only shipping to destinations that UPS/FedEx can deliver to in that time-frame. We ship Monday through Wednesday because this will ensure that your package doesn’t get stuck in a UPS/FedEx transit facility over the weekend.
All orders placed on a normal business day, Monday through Wednesday, by 12:00pm EST will ship on the same day.
Orders placed on Thursday, Friday, over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next normal business day.
If you have a special need or requirement, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
If you are sending a gift, please ensure that the recipient is available to accept the UPS/FedEx 2nd Day Air package.
Macaron Café is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses, recipient unavailability, UPS/FedEx shipping mistakes, acceptance requirements or transit delays.
Packages that required cooling gel packs and insulation are provided free of charge to ensure the freshness of our products.
Macaron Café does not offer Saturday delivery.
Macaron Café does not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (e.g. APO, AFO).
